PRIVACY POLICY

The present Privacy Policy is provided in accordance with the requirements of law and as a precautionary measure since the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM (hereinafter referred to as “RUTRANSLATORS.COM”) does not and has no intention to collect and process any personal data.

The present Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as “the Privacy Policy”) shall apply to all information which may be obtained by RUTRANSLATORS.COM located under the domain name “rutranslators.com” with regard to the User during the use of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM, its software and products, if applicable.

1.1.3. “Personal data processing” means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” means an obligation of the Operator or of any other person who has received access to personal data to comply with the requirement to not disclose the data without the consent of the Subject of personal data or where there are no other legal grounds for such disclosure.

1.1.5. “RUTRANSLATORS.COM” means a set of interconnected webpages located in the Internet at the unique address (URL): rutranslators.com.

1.1.6. “User of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM” (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) means a person who has access to the website via Internet network and who uses information, materials and services of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM.

1.1.7. “Cookies” means a small fragment of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s computer, which is repeatedly forwarded by a web client or a web browser to the web server with every HTTP-request when attempting to open a page of the relevant website.

1.1.8. “IP-address” means a unique network address of a node in a computer network, through which the User obtains access to RUTRANSLATORS.COM.

1.1.9. “Service” means English-into-Russian and Russian-into-English translation services ordered by the User through the website and paid by the User through payment systems.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The use by the User of RUTRANSLATORS.COM shall mean their consent with the present Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of the User’s personal data processing.

2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms and conditions of Privacy Policy, the User shall terminate the use of RUTRANSLATORS.COM.

2.3. The present Privacy Policy shall apply to RUTRANSLATORS.COM. RUTRANSLATORS.COM does not control and shall not be liable for the websites of third parties that the User may visit following the links available on the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM, if applicable.

2.4. The Administration shall not verify the authenticity of the personal data provided by the User.

3. Subject of Privacy Policy

3.1. The present Privacy Policy sets forth the obligations of the Administration to not disclose and to employ the procedure for protecting the confidentiality of the personal data that are provided by the User upon their registration on the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM, upon their subscription for email newsletters, if applicable, or upon placing an order.

3.2. The personal data permitted for processing as part of the present Privacy Policy shall be provided by the User by filling in the registration forms on the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM and shall include the following information:

3.3. RUTRANSLATORS.COM shall protect the Data that are transmitted automatically upon visiting the webpages:

  1. Purposes for Collecting the User’s Personal Data

4.1. The Administration may use the User’s personal data for the following purposes:

4.1.2. Providing the User with an access to personalized data of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM.

4.1.4. Identification of the User’s place of location for security issues and to prevent fraud.

4.1.6. Registering an account to enable the use of certain parts of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM, where the User provided their consent to such registration of the account.

4.1.7. Notifying the User by email.

4.1.8. Providing the User with efficient technical support in case any problems arise in relation to the use of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM.

4.1.9. Providing the User, upon their consent, with special offers, information on the prices, newsletters and other data on behalf of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM.

4.1.10. Advertising upon the User’s consent.

5. Procedure and Deadlines for Personal Data Processing

5.1. The User’s personal data processing shall be performed during an unlimited period of time by any lawful method, including in the personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Administration may provide personal data to third parties exclusively for the purpose of implementing the User’s order that has been placed on the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM, including for the purpose of delivering the service, documentation and email messages.

5.3. The User’s personal data may be provided to the authorized state authorities of the Russian Federation solely on the grounds and as per the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration is allowed to not inform the User of the loss and disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The Administration shall take the required organizational and technical steps in order to protect the User’s personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as against other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.6. The Administration together with the User shall take all the necessary steps to prevent losses or other adverse consequences that might occur as a result loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The User may:

6.1.1. Freely make a decision whether to provide their personal data required for the use of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM and may give consent to their processing.

6.1.2. Update, supplement the personal data information provided in case if such information has changed.

6.1.3. The User may receive from the Administration the information related to their personal data processing if such right is not limited by federal laws. The User may request from the Administration to clarify their personal data, to block or destroy the personal data where such data are incomplete, obsolete, inaccurate, have been obtained illegally or are not required for the declared purpose of processing, as well as the User may take whatever remedies stipulated by law.

6.2. The Administration shall:

6.2.1. Use the obtained information solely for the purposes stipulated in the clause 4 of the present Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Provide for the storage of the confidential information in secret, shall not disclose the information without prior written permission of the User, as well as shall not sell, exchange, publish or disclose in any other possible ways the User’s personal data except for the cases stipulated in the clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of the present Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take preventive steps aimed at protecting the confidentiality of the User’s personal data as per the procedure generally used to keep such information secure as part of the common business practice.

6.2.4. Perform blocking of the personal data related to the certain User from the moment of the request of the User or of their legal representative or of an authorized body for protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the time of blocking of such data in cases the personal data have been found inaccurate or where any illegal actions have taken place.

7. Responsibility of the Parties

7.1. In case of failure to fulfill its obligations, the Administration shall be liable for the losses incurred by the User as a result of unlawful use of the personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation except for the cases stipulated in the clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2. of the present Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of the Confidential information, the Administration shall not be liable where such confidential information:

7.2.1. Has become known to public prior to its loss or disclosure. 7.2.2. Has been obtained from a third party prior to the moment of its receipt by the Administration.

7.2.3. Has been disclosed with the User’s consent.

7.3. The User shall be fully liable for the compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including with the advertising laws, copyright and related rights laws, trademark and service marks protection laws and not limited thereto, including the User’s full responsibilty  for the content and format of the materials.

7.4. The User acknowledges that the responsibility for any information (including but not limited to the files with data, texts, etc.) that may be available to the User as a part of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM shall be borne by the person who provided such information.

7.5. The User agrees that the information provided to the User as part of the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM may be subject to intellectual property rights that are protected and owned by other Users, partners or advertisers who publish such information on the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM.

The User may not make changes to, lease, lend, sell, distribute or create derivative works on the basis of such Content (in full or in part), except for the cases where such actions have been expressly permitted in writing by the owners of such Content in accordance with the provisions of a separate agreement.

7.6. With regard to text materials (articles, publications open to public on the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM), it is allowed to distribute them on condition that a link will be provided to RUTRANSLATORS.COM.

7.7. The Administration shall not be liable before the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of deletion, fault or failure to keep any piece of Content or other communication data stored on the website

RUTRANSLATORS.COM or being transferred through it.

7.8. The Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by reason of: the use of or inability to use the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM or separate services; unauthorized access to the User’s communications; any comments or behaviour of any third party on the website.

7.9. The Administration shall not be liable for any information published by the user on the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM, including but not limited to: information protected by copyright law without the direct consent of the copyright owner.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Prior to bringing the issue before court with regard to the disputes arising out of relationship between the User and the Administration, either Party shall submit a written claim (proposal or suggestion in an electronic form for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The Recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant, in writing or electronically, of the outcome of review of the claim within 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the claim.

8.3. If no agreement has been reached, the dispute shall be resolved through an arbitration procedure of the applicable jurisdiction.

8.4. The present Privacy Policy and relationship between the User and the Administration shall be governed by the effective legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Additional Provisions

9.1. The Administration may make changes to the present Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.

9.2. Any new version of the Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment of its publication on the website RUTRANSLATORS.COM unless otherwise stipulated by a new version of the Privacy Policy.

9.3. All proposals and questions with regard to the present Privacy Policy shall be submitted via Personal Account.
